Hudson Council Ultra Sound Initiative

Hudson Council 316 has initiated a program to purchase an Ultra Sound machine and are asking other councils in the Capital Conference to assist in the purchase by sending a donation to Council 316. The Knights of Columbus is pleased to announce the new Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity. Below is the procedure to register candidates and observers for the New York State Conference Virtual Charity, Unity and Fraternity Degree.

7:40 PM Waiting Room Opens
Registration Close 12:00 Noon

A council representative must email a list of attendees, candidates and observers, by noon the day of the degree, 10/28/2021.
The attendance list provided by a council is an attestation that all candidates have been vetted and approved.
After the attendance list is received, a Zoom invitation will be sent to the GK or council representative for distribution to candidates and observers. Late additions to a registration will be accepted until 7:00 PM the day of the Degree.
Each council will be responsible to provide their candidates pins, rosaries and twine.
Only registered individuals will be admitted to the Degree.
